Their contractor guide made it easy to find recommended professionals for work I needed. I wanted to have the wood floors refinished prior to moving in, and they facilitated access for the refinishing crew while I was still days away from arriving. (Shout out to Luis Flooring for doing an excellent job of accommodating my changing close dates, and doing a beautiful job on the floors.) With Emily and Danielle's efforts, combined with fast work by Mystra Mezo at WECU, I was able to close a couple of days early. I highly recommend these folks if you are hoping to buy a house in Bellingham."

"Emily was so great to work with. She sent me houses to look at online months before we were ready to buy, so we could see what was out there in our area and price range. She spent an entire day showing us houses that we wanted to look at that were in our price range. We found the house that we loved on the first day and put in an offer. Since we were first time home buyers, she navigated us through buying our first home and the negotiations. Emily kept us in the loop and I talked with her almost every day about the house, the deals, the bank side and everything else in between. She was there for us even after we signed papers. Three months later when I had a question about the home warranty, I reached out to Emily and she got back to me right away providing me with the information that I requested. She was really easy and great to work with and helped both my husband and I through everything to buy a house. I have always heard that house buying was not a positive experience, but Emily made it enjoyable, and I would do it all again with her as my agent."

"My husband and I were very new to Bellingham, and we really didn't know the area well at all. Emily and Dani took the time to get to know us and all our needs and wants. They dedicated themselves to educating us on each neighborhood in Bellingham and explained the nuanced differences between living in the city vs. living in the county. Emily and Dani were extremely responsive and prompt and addressed every question or concern we had along the way. They were tireless in their efforts to find us the perfect home for the best price and were especially wonderful during the negotiation process, which isn't easy in this challenging market. We will be forever grateful for their guidance and advice. We are so happy in our new Bellinghouse and can't recommend them enough!"
